Kellie

Bachelor of Social Work | Bachelor of Education (Elementary)

If you're a parent trying to hold it all together, a family navigating something hard, or someone carrying the weight of experiences that haven't fully healed yet — Kellie gets it. Not just professionally. Personally.

Kellie brings a rare combination of academic training, real-world experience, and genuine heart to every client she works with. With degrees in both Social Work and Elementary Education, she has spent her career working with children, youth, and families in schools, daycares, and crisis settings — building a deep, practical understanding of how people of all ages think, feel, and heal.

She specializes in:

– Children and youth navigating anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and OCD

– Parenting support — equipping parents with tools, strategies, and understanding to build stronger, more connected families
– Raising kids in the digital age — one of the most complex challenges modern parents face

– Co-parenting and blended family dynamics — she lives this herself, raising four kids alongside her partner, and brings both professional knowledge and personal insight to these conversations

– Trauma recovery — having spent years working alongside the RCMP supporting individuals through crisis and some of the hardest moments of their lives,

Kellie understands trauma in a way few counsellors do
Heal Your Life coaching, trained under the philosophy of Louise Hay — using emotional and body awareness to create positive, lasting change through the five pillars of self-discovery: deservingness, love, prosperity, body acceptance, and honouring your boundaries

Kellie’s approach is grounded in one core belief: you are the expert of your own life. Her role is simply to walk alongside you — with compassion, zero judgment, and a steadfast respect for your autonomy. Whether you’re working through something that happened years ago or something happening right now, she creates a safe, warm, and encouraging space where real growth becomes possible.

She has a gift for meeting people exactly where they are — children, teens, adults, couples, and families alike.
And here’s something that sets Kellie apart: she offers appointments on both Saturdays and Sundays, making support accessible even for the busiest families and schedules.

If Kellie sounds like the right fit for you or your family, we’d love to connect you with her.
