Jodi
MPCC
Jodi is a compassionate, down-to-earth counsellor with 33 years of experience supporting youth, adults, couples, caregivers, and parents. A member in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA), she creates a calm, judgment-free space where people feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported.
Clients describe Jodi as warm, steady, and practical. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and offers simple tools you can use right away—for things like easing anxiety, communicating without blow-ups, setting boundaries, and navigating big emotions. Sessions move at your pace, with regular check-ins to be sure the approach fits.
Jodi blends proven methods (like attachment-informed work, ACT, EFFT, DBT, and the Gottman Method) into plain-language, real-life strategies. Her belief is simple: you already have strengths, and with the right support you can build skills that create lasting change. Together, you’ll spot patterns, reduce what isn’t working, and practice new ways forward.
