Jessie is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling. Jessie brings a wealth of hands-on experience supporting children, youth, individuals, couples, and families.
Rooted in compassion and creativity, Jessie is passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can thrive. Her practice is grounded in a strengths-based, person-centred approach, recognizing the unique potential in each client.
Jessie supports clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

- Grief and loss
- Stress and burnout
- Workplace stress
- Life transitions
- Self-esteem challenges
- Relational difficulties
She also has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those with developmental and learning differences, including:

- Mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
Jessie has worked within school systems and is familiar with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborative strategies. She partners closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care and holistic support.
