Jessica

Registered Professional Counsellor – Provisional (RPC-P)

Jessica Eastwood is a Registered Professional Counsellor – Provisional (RPC-P) and a registered member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). She offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals, youth aged 16 to 18, and couples navigating life’s challenges.

Jessica works alongside her clients to build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change, while honouring each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. She believes that everyone deserves to feel genuinely heard, and that real change happens in a relationship built on trust, kindness, and compassion. Her clients often describe her as someone who listens without judgment and who takes their story seriously.

Deeply passionate about the work she does, Jessica is committed to helping each person move toward the life they want for themselves. Her approach is grounded in connection, authenticity, and collaboration, drawing from person-centred, strengths-based, mindfulness-informed, and trauma-informed practices. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before reaching out. Wherever you are starting from, Jessica will meet you there and walk beside you.

She especially loves working with those experiencing grief and loss. Whether you are coping with the death of a loved one, relationship loss, separation or divorce, changes in health, major life transitions, or other significant life experiences, Jessica believes healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. Grief can be complex and deeply personal, and she is passionate about helping clients move through loss with compassion, resilience, and hope.
