Chitleen
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Chitleen is a compassionate and grounded Registered Social Worker (RSW) in our Kelowna office. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and is currently completing her Master of Social Work (MSW). With several years of experience working in mental health settings, Chitleen brings a calm, supportive presence to counselling — and a deep commitment to helping people feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
Chitleen believes that some of the most meaningful healing happens when someone finally feels safe enough to show up exactly as they are — including the parts of themselves that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to talk about. She is known for creating a space that feels warm and welcoming, while still being professional, thoughtful, and purposeful.
Chitleen’s approach is relational, strengths-based, and collaborative. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a partnership — not something being “done” to you.
Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” Chitleen is interested in understanding your story, recognizing your resilience, and helping you build on the strengths you already carry (even if you can’t see them yet). She brings curiosity, compassion, and practical support into the room, helping clients gain insight while also building tools that create real change.
Chitleen also practices with cultural humility, recognizing that identity, family, culture, and lived experience shape how we experience the world. She brings openness and respect into sessions so that all parts of you feel welcome.
