Amanda is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling

Amanda’s counselling journey has been shaped by a mix of professional experiences and a deep commitment to helping others.

She began her career with Children’s services Collaborating with individuals and families in need of support. Amanda also spent time at a youth assessment centre assisting teens facing complex challenges by guiding them through assessments and connecting them with essential resources. Additionally, she supported individuals in crisis with RCMP Victim Services, offering guidance and advocacy during some of their most traumatic moments.

Outside of work, Amanda is a busy, dedicated mom who finds balance by tackling outdoor adventures whenever she can. As a natural people person, her passion for helping others extends beyond her work, she’s always seeking ways to connect and support those around her.

Amanda’s specialty is working with families, youth, and individuals navigating challenges such as loss, divorce, and co-parenting, as well as mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Amanda helps clients build on their strengths, set goals, and create positive, lasting change. Her clients move from where they are, to where they want to be.
